My practice is guided by current occupational health standards, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing while supporting organisational needs.

As an Occupational Health Technician, I support the delivery of high-quality occupational health services within safety-critical and operational environments, including the rail industry. My role focuses on carrying out health screening and surveillance in line with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organisational policies.

Drugs and Alcohol Testing Collecting Officer

As a Drugs and Alcohol Testing Collecting Officer, I am responsible for the safe, accurate, and compliant collection of specimens for workplace drug and alcohol testing within safety-critical environments, including the rail industry.

I carry out urine, oral fluid, and breath alcohol testing in accordance with industry standards, company policies, and chain-of-custody requirements. My role ensures the integrity of the testing process through correct identification checks, specimen handling, documentation, and secure transfer to accredited laboratories.

First Aid and Manual Handling Trainer

As a First Aid and Manual Handling Trainer, I deliver practical, engaging, and compliant training to support workplace safety, injury prevention, and regulatory requirements within safety-critical environments, including the construction and rail industries.

WeI provide accredited first aid training and manual handling instruction tailored to operational roles, focusing on real-world scenarios, risk awareness, and safe working practices. My training equips staff with the skills and confidence to respond effectively to emergencies, reduce musculoskeletal injuries, and promote a strong safety culture .

We work closely with employers to ensure training meets legal obligations, industry standards and organisational policies. Sessions are delivered in a clear, supportive, and practical manner, encouraging participation while ensuring competence, understanding, and confidence.
