Mental Health First Aid Training equips employees and managers with the knowledge and confidence to recognise early signs of mental ill health and respond appropriately in the workplace. The training focuses on promoting wellbeing, reducing stigma, and supporting individuals to access help at an early stage.
Designed for safety-critical and high-pressure environments such as the rail industry, the training covers common mental health conditions, crisis response, effective communication, and practical support strategies. Participants learn how to have supportive conversations, assess risk, and signpost to appropriate internal and external support services.
